At ANBL, we believe that group training can be one of the most effective and enjoyable ways to achieve your fitness goals. Not only does it provide a fun and social environment, but it can also help you stay motivated and committed to your routine, providing a comprehensive and effective approach to health, fitness and total body transformation.

Our group training sessions are designed to deliver maximum results in the shortest time possible, while providing a fun and supportive environment, with our experienced and qualified coaching team fully dedicated to helping you get the most out of your workout and achieve your goals in the most efficient way possible.

Finding the time and flexibility to exercise is key to achieving your fitness goals. That's why we offer group training classes at different times of the day, six days a week, in-studio, live online or recorded coaching sessions. Whether you're an early bird or prefer a late evening workout, we have something for you.

Achieve better results in HALF the usual time through our efficient and effective 30 minute sessions.

Make it easy for yourself to find time and to stick to your targets through an unlimited list of sessions to choose from and attend with up to 27 sessions a week!

You can join us in person at our studio in Naxxar or online via Zoom, whether attending live or a recorded coach-led session. With this flexibility, you can work out from anywhere, at any time that suits you.

At ANBL, our group Exercise sessions provide a unique blend of exercises, which are scientifically proven to deliver results. Whether you prefer to exercise in-studio in Naxxar or online, you'll experience a supportive and empowering environment that will help you reach your goals faster.

Our experienced coaches will guide you every step of the way, and your personalised nutritional plan will ensure you are giving your body the right nutrients at the right amounts it needs to reach your full potential, whilst taking into consideration your personal food preferences.

Our in-studio sessions are intentionally capped to a maximum attendance of 22, to ensure personal attention to your progress while keeping the community vibe and energy flowing!

Train in a clean, spacious and well-equipped fitness center in Naxxar, with ample street parking and showers, lockers and changing rooms available before and after your sessions

Exercise up to 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday, with efficient & effective 30-minute Sessions to fit your busy life.

Attend as many daily sessions as you wish, starting from early morning (5:40 AM) till the evening (7:30 PM)

Enjoy the convenience of exercising from the comfort of your own home (or anywhere else you have an internet connection).

Get access to live coaching (Up to 6 sessions a day to choose from) or recorded sessions that you can watch at your preferred time.
