At ANBL, our sole mission is to help you achieve A New, Better Life through fitness and health.

Our team of highly-determined, qualified professionals is dedicated to giving you the support and guidance you need to transform your body & mindset.

ANBL was founded by Matthaeus Grasso, who holds a BSc. (Hons.) in Sport and Exercise Sciences from the UK. With over 10 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, Matthaeus has worked with hundreds of people in Malta and Gozo to help them achieve their goals and lead a happier, healthier life. He has continued and still continues to further his studies and research also in the USA.

Our team of Coaches includes graduated and qualified personal trainers, a graduated nutritionist, and a number of sports professionals, all of whom bring a wealth of expertise to ANBL.

Group Sessions

In-Studio and/or Online for women and men of all ages (18+ or an attending parent/guardian with minors aged under 18), designed to get results.

Unlimited daily sessions

Attend as many days per week as you wish (we recommend 2-4 weekly sessions for most members). Prebook your daily targeted and efficient 30-minute group sessions, in-studio or online, so you can burn fat, feel stronger and more confident, no matter where you are.

Personal Training

Individual, fully tailored training sessions with a dedicated coach for those who prefer not working out in groups.

Guided Nutrition

Personalised eating plan designed by a qualified nutritionist to give your body the nutrition it needs without feeling deprived

Progress Follow-ups

Regular 1-to-1 and Group Milestone Check-ups & Accountability Coaching to help you overcome any hurdles in your way.

Zero excuses

Pick your preferred daily session times, free ample street parking and unlimited use of showers, changing rooms, and lockers for your convenience.
